Eaton Socon occurs as district of St Neots in Cambridgeshire, England. It was originally the village inside Bedfordshire, but officially became a portion of the town within 1965.
Eaton Socon lies about a west bank of the River Great Ouse. There is a weir and associated lock gates to allow river navigation. A parish church, St Mary's, burned down in the 1930s but was completely rebuilt in the original style.
